Hi Everyone!
I absolutely love it here! I havent seen anything big yet...we're going into downtown Rome tonight for gelato so I'll see the "real" Rome then. My campus is beautiful! Here's a picture...

I met a great group of girls who are willing to go church-hopping with me! lol. My roommate is really nice too. This is what our room looks like. I have the top bunk. We have a really pretty view of some trees...lol and there are no screens in the windows, so we just hope none of the bats fly in (ew).

Today we went to a small town called Frascati. It was really pretty. We all ate lunch there, so we basically took over the whole restaraunt (There are 88 people in the program). The food is AMAZING! Every meal out is a three course meal with dessert and takes at least 2 hours. Apparently Italians dont eat out much and when they do its a big affair. Ive been trying some new things...lots of eggplant. Delicious pasta (The pasta wasnt even the main course, so when the main course came I was too full to eat it!). A beautiful church. It had a bunch of names on it so I think it was like an "All Saints". We got there right as mass was letting out so there were lots of families milling around.

A big palace looking building (lol I have no idea what it was) with a pretty garden walk leading to it which we went down a little bit (in between the giant bushes)
